Algunos otros grandes ganadores fueron Los Juegos del Hambre en las categorías Favorite Movie y Favorite Book Series, Katy Perry en Cantante Femenina Favorita, y Justin Bieber en Cantante Masculino Favorito, Selena Gomez por su parte ganó Favorite TV Actress por Los Hechiceros de Waverly Place, Ross Linch ganó como Favorite TV Actor por Austin y Ally y en Favorite Animated Movie ganó Ralph, el demoledor.
